I had a great city trip here! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the mall and easy to get to public transportation. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making sure my room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the on-site amenities, like the gym and free Wi-Fi.

I do have to say that my room was a bit small and cramped, and the bathroom could have used a better cleaning. The breakfast was not up to par with my expectations, but there are plenty of delicious local options nearby that I highly recommend trying out instead.

Location-wise, the place was apt for the new year celebrations. the view from the balcony was spectacular, as you could see the fireworks clearly. the hotel also provided free drinks and snacks to mark the occasion. Best Aspects: the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. the rooms were reasonably priced, which is beneficial if looking for a budget-friendly option.

The state of the room and bathroom was deplorable. the sheets and blankets were filthy, and the bathroom fixtures were in a state of disarray.
